The problem is figuring out how to do it!. If you got Pro Plus as a volume license, then you MAY be able to transfer it to a new owner. If you got it from a discount offer at work, the HUP (Home Use Program), you CANNOT transfer the license to someone else, even a charity. If you bought it "cheap" on the internet, it is almost certainly an illegal license. If it "came with" the computer for "free", it is almost certainly an illegal license. How did you get Pro Plus in the first place? This is very important. Pro Plus is a very limited distribution bundle, as Igor suggested, directed more at business than casual users.
